In 2014, Jimin and V collaborated on a song called “95 Graduation” on SoundCloud to commemorate their mutual graduation from High School.


“Christmas Day”

In 2014, Jimin and Jungkook collaborated for “Christmas Day” which is a Korean version of Justin Bieber’s “Mistletoe” with Jimin having written the lyrics.

Jimin and Jungkook also released a collaboration cover for “We Don’t Talk Anymore”.

Top K-Pop Artist

From January to May in 2018, Jimin won the monthly Peeper x Billboard Award for “Top K-Pop Artist – Individual” with a prize of having a UNICEF donation made in his name.



December 30, 2018 Jimin released his first solo song outside of BTS, “Promise” on SoundCloud with Jimin having helped compose and write lyrics for the song.




From 2016-2018 Jimin donated to cover the expenses of uniforms for the graduates of Busan Hodong Elementary School, the school he attended. After the school’s closing was announced, he donated summer and winter school uniforms for the final graduates and gave the entire student body signed albums.



In 2019, he donated 100 Million Korean Won (~$88,000 USD) to the Busan Department of Education to help support lower income students.


“Dream Glow”

Jungkook, Jin and Jimin collaborated with Charli XCX for “Dream Glow” which was released as part of the BTS World OST in June, 2019.


“Filter” by Jimin became the first Korean solo song in history to surpass 16 million streams on Youtube Music, making it the Most Streamed Korean solo on the platform.
